Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship across Canada and the United States via Canada Post. We are not responsible for any customs or duties incurred for US orders. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. If you need your order in a rush or by a specific date, please email us at and we will do our best to make it happen!

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: It takes 5-12 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it's going.

Q: I don’t need it delivered on a specific day, just by a specific day. What then?

A: If that's the case, let us know in the notes what the occasion is (birthday, anniversary, etc.) and we'll add our custom-designed "DON'T OPEN UNTIL ____" sticker to the front of their package.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: $15 flat-rate shipping is available for standard shipping across Canada. Select from other shipping options available at checkout. Cost will be calculated at checkout.

Q: Do you offer local delivery?

A: We can deliver your order within 40km of Burnaby, BC. Delivery fee is $10.

Q: I live locally. Can I pick up my order to save on shipping?

A: Absolutely! Please select "Local Pickup" during checkout to remove shipping charges. Please note that orders can only be picked up every Saturday 2-4pm at 180-2188 No 5 Rd, Richmond, BC. Please have your order number ready at pickup.

Q: What should I do if I need to ship multiple gifts to different addresses but I don’t want to create multiple orders?

A: Get in touch with us at and we'll try our best to work something out.

Q: Are your gift boxes customizable?

A: Yes! We love creating a one-of-a-kind gift for a best fit to the recipient. Please contact us at with any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q: Where do you source the products from?

A: All items are carefully sourced from small shops and makers across Canada. 

Q: When will you launch new gifts?

A: We will keep dropping new gift options randomly in a year. Keep an eye on our social media and subscribe to our newsletter to get informed.

Q: How is my gift box packed and wrapped?

A: All items are thoughtfully packaged in our high quality paper box or signature wooden box as shown in pictures. We carefully wrap boxes, glass and breakable items to protect them for transport. The wooden box will be beautifully wrapped in cellophane topped with a hand tied bow. A white craft paper bag is included in each package. If you have any concerns in mind, please email us before placing your orders.

Q: My box is a gift. I don’t want any receipts or prices included.

A: You won’t find any price tags, receipts or packing slips in our gift boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift.

Q: How will the recipient know who the sender is?

A: Each box includes a hand-written note card. If you would like to add a personalised note, please leave your message at checkout, or email it to with your order number. We also offer customized greeting card options in our shop. If you are purchasing a card from our shop, please leave us a message at checkout and we will take care of the rest. 

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: All sales are final. We take great care in making sure your gifts arrive just as pretty as they left us. We understand accidents happen and your order might arrive damaged. If any damage occurs during delivery please contact us right away for any assistances.
